Up until now, I haven’t had the energy to blog, I have felt drained and put off by it. But with spring I will be heading more to the mountains and more to the forest.
I feel like I have energy and purpose again, I feel that I need to write to clear my head, it’s filled with so many ideas and soooo many thoughts.

The way Instagram is working in 2023 is different from when I started. So I need to approach it differently.
Gone are the days of hashtags, long texts and meaningful content.
By that I mean, it’s turned into a glance instead of a stare.
People are blipping through reels and stories, seeing 2-5 seconds, liking and commenting.
So I’m re-defining my approach to the platform, I will use it more as a tool to collaborate with others, to reach out to my community and chat.
